How to get there
A fairly remote place when compared to the major cities in Italy, Livigno is situated nearly 125 miles from both Zurich and Milan, the nearest airport destinations. On arrival at Zurich or Milan Bergamo airport, you can transfer to Livigno by train, bus or rental vehicle. Since both these airports are almost equidistant from the village, the transport time is more likely to be the same.
Beginner:
The wide and gentle nursery slopes are ideal for beginners to learn and progress to higher levels. In addition, the excellent English-speaking ski schools make sure that the learning process is as simple as possible for first-time skiers.
Intermediate:
A paradise for intermediates, the resort has a stunning selection of exciting, wide red slopes that challenge the mid-level skier. The Carosello ski area also offers unlimited possibilities for intermediates and adventurous beginners.
Advanced:
Served by the Mottolino gondolas, the Monte Della Neve, above the 2,785m summit, offers the toughest terrain for expert skiers to tackle. The amazing snow record promises a great deal of powder throughout the season.
Boarders:
Some 43 miles of runs combined with the après-ski atmosphere make Livigno every snowboarder's favourite. In particular, one of the two snowboard parks on the Mottolino side is considered as the best in Italy.
Welcome Dinner
After a long journey there is nothing better than a pre-organized dinner. No hassles, no cooking, walk in eat & off to bed or the nearest bar, the choice is yours. Here you can meet the resort representatives, other guests on the tour & find out the plan for the next day. Dinner at the Brewery (highest brewery in Europe) includes: Two course dinner with beer, wine or soft drinks (limited amount).
Bum Boarding & Dinner
Meet at Lift 23 dressed in ski gear from where we will proceed to Bum-Board followed by Apre-ski and Dinner at Scuola & Ski Restaurant. If you thought snow would not get into some spots in your ski suit think again. Make trains, or ride alone a great snow activity for all ages. Dinner includes: Three course Meal (drinks for own account).
Ski Doo & Dinner
A great evening where everyone can take part, either as a passenger or as the driver (2 people per ski doo). Taxi to collect you from your hotel (Time to be confirmed in the Resort). The snowmobile ride will be 15min up to the hidden refuge for a traditional Livigno dining experience. Dinner includes: Four course meal + Wine or beer and soft drinks for the kids!
Farewell Dinner
At the end of a great holiday, we have our farewell dinner evening at the Bivio restaurant. This is a fun evening reminissing the moments of your snow holiday experience and saying a last good bye to new friends. After dinner the farewell festivities can continue at any of the surrounding bars. Dinner includes; Three course meal with Table wine and soft drinks for the kids!
Devil Carting
Another exciting day activity snow activity suitable for skiers & non-skiers, old & young. Your reps will lead the way to the start line. Then enjoy an 800m downhill carting track at your own pace. All that you need to do is pull the steering wheel towards your body to slow down. Free of charge (Ski pass needed – Subject to snow conditions).
Tubing Experience
An exhilarating day activity rush as you slide down a prepared tubing run complete with bumps & bends. Each person has ten rides included, its safe for all ages & you have a conveyer belt lift which transports you to the top.
**NB! The Entertainment package is based on a minmum of 8 passengers part-taking in the programme, if we do not have enough clients doing the progamme you will be refunded in in the resort for this activity!**
