Our two bars, Republik and Sega Bar, do not permit guests under 16 years old to enter. Kushi, our Japanese restaurant, does not permit guests under 16 years old to enter at dinner time.
CHI, The Spa draws inspiration from the origins of the Shangri-La legend, which describes a place of personal peace, enchantment and well-being, focuses primarily on holistic and ayurvedic wellness and provides treatments to help guests unwind and relax.
Set within a secluded area of the resort that is enclosed by luscious, verdant tropical vegetation, CHI, The Spa offers 8 treatment rooms. Decorated in distinctive Shangri-La style, the spa also features design elements that are inspired by the local culture.
Guests can request a private consultation with nutritionists and ayurvedic doctors that can develop personalized wellness experiences to meet their specific needs.
Health Centre
Shangri-La’s Le Touessrok Resort & Spa, Mauritius, offers a state-of-the-art Health Centre with facilities to suit every fitness preference. The Health Centre’s experienced team can help each guest achieve their best through personal training and stretching sessions, and special programs for swimming, aquatic exercise, tennis and golf.
The Health Centre is open from 7am to 9pm every day. Shangri-La guests can use the fitness equipment for free. However, a fee will be charged for personal training services.
Tennis Club
Tennis aficionados and casual players alike can enjoy the Tennis Club’s four floodlit courts. The Tennis Club is affiliated with the S-Tennis Academy, which provides experienced and qualified instructors to assist guests with perfecting their technique.

T-Club (the Kids' Club) is open from 9am to 10pm daily. Access is free for all children aged between four and 11 years old. The large, well-equipped clubhouse provides fun, imaginative programs and activities. Children can enjoy golf, tennis, windsurfing and swimming, as well as a variety of educational exercises.
Babysitters are required for unaccompanied children younger than four years old, and are available at an additional charge.
Access to the Teens Club is free for children from 12 to 17 years old. Here, teens will meet new friends from around the world in a fun, safe environment and enjoy sports, educational outings, dancing and themed evenings.
