Rendez-vous is the hotel’s main restaurant and meeting point. This is where your day starts, with a breakfast buffet offering a variety of classic and exclusive treats, along with a selection of exotic fruits. At the Rendez-vous, you will live the “local market experience” for lunch and supper, discovering a creative cuisine made from the freshest local ingredients and best imported foods. You will taste different flavours from all four corners of the world, all the while interacting with and observing the chefs at work.

Located on the beach, facing the turquoise lagoon and the beautiful île aux Aigrettes island, the 1810 offers a refined and chic cuisine. Taste revisited Mauritian specialities for lunch and let yourself be impressed with beautiful dishes (mainly seafood treats) for supper.

Mosaïc, the Mediterranean restaurant

The Mediterranean region is rich in flavours coming from the different cultures it brings together… At the Mosaïc, you will travel across this region by tasting a variety of typical dishes specially prepared by our Chef, either with fresh Western ingredients or delicious Oriental spices.

Medley, the main bar

Cocktails are in fashion, especially after a long day under the hot sun of a tropical island… Our mixologist will propose a selection of creative cocktails for all tastes, served in modern or somewhat eccentric glasses. Thanks to our “Best Brews” concept, you will also be able to enjoy one (or more!) of 12 different beers from 12 different countries. After spending some time sunbathing while admiring the turquoise lagoon, you might want to stretch your legs by taking part in the day’s sports activity, or try yourself at one of the water sports offered by our boat house. You could even enrol in a kitesurfing course with Mauritian professional Jérôme Bonieux, or learn how to speak Mauritian Creole – zot pu mari kontant! (“You’ll love it!”) One thing is certain, if you’re the kind of person who likes to come back from a holiday having learned something new, you won’t be disappointed!
