The resort offers 162 suites and one villa where exquisite taste and grand opulence seamlessly blend with state-of-the-art technology. All rooms in our hotel feature a private terrace or balcony facing either the ocean or cove, and a back door opening onto a tropical garden. Beds are covered with Egyptian cotton sheets, piled high with goose down pillows. Guests are invited to experience superb cuisine in casually hip, modern surroundings, perfect for evenings of great food, great wine and great conversation. Headlined by the resort’s award-winning culinary team, the decadent menu serves revisited classics with a critical focus on purity, quality and freshness.
Dishes will range from Frothy Mushroom Cream Soup with Perigord Truffle to Pan-roasted Rock Lobster and Slow-cooked Wagyu Beef Short Ribs. The real steakhouse experience comes from The Grill with mouth-watering selections such as an “Toma Hawk” Rib of Beef for two or an Australian Angus Grain-fed Rib Eye. Contemporary décor adds a chic and stylish atmosphere to the restaurant. Burnt-orange walls with terracotta undertones, creamy-white leather club chairs and ambient lighting create the perfect backdrop for exceptional dining.

La Terrasse
Surrounding the pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean, La Terrasse offers an eclectic variety of local and international specialties. Breakfast offers a sumptuous buffet featuring eggs cooked to order, waffles/crepes, fresh baked breads, freshly ground coffees and vanilla-flavored Mauritian tea as well as healthy fare including smoothies and yoghurts. Lunch follows with a choice of fresh local fish and seafood complemented with Asian-inspired specialties.
Nightly entertainment accompanies dinner, providing an exceptional voyage of cultural discovery. Table d'hôte menus feature mouth-watering crayfish and prawns straight from the ocean, spicy temptations of home-grown Creole cuisine, and the delicate subtleties of France, India, China and Asia.
The Pool Bar
In the shade of its thatched-roof, The Pool Bar is the ideal watering hole for guests taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or basking in the sun nearby. By day, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are served around the bar, whilst at night it is a wonderful place to gather and sip an Indian Ocean Pearl.
Golf Club Bar
Drinks, including the 'Green Island Fragrance' cocktail, are available all day, and the lunchtime menu includes sandwiches and salads.
The Indian Pavilion
The Indian Pavilion features the acclaimed modern-Indian flavors into an exciting show kitchen.
Located along the water's edge, the restaurant enjoys a magnificent natural setting, with views of the green sugarcane-clad mountains and the private lagoon. Dining at the Indian Pavilion is a worldly discovery gastronomic experience. The open kitchen at the Indian Pavilion will allow guests to be part of the creative cooking experience as the aromas of Indian spices and herbs can be smelt throughout.
A constantly changing Tasting Menu whets the appetite; some of the old “Mughlai” dishes are being reinvented, from succulent kebabs, kormas and parathas to ensure a multi-sensory experience. Wines are carefully selected to match the complex and intense flavors of the Indian cooking and the resident sommelier conducts regular wine and food pairing dinners.
The One&Only Spa overlooks a reflecting pool with ocean views. Treatments are provided within the serene spa or in the Garden Spa Pavilion, suspended over the water amid the tropical gardens. Among the many relaxing and rejuvenating offerings: The Unwind Signature Massage, the Lift & Firm Facial, the Post-Sun Body Envelopment, and the Stressbuster Exfoliation and Massage for Men. The spa also offers nail care designed by Bastien Gonzalez, a celebrity favorite.

Golf on the 9-hole par 33 Gary Player designed golf course includes a One & Only Golf Academy. Expert Golf tuition is provided by the Academy´s Pro for a nominal fee. Use of course complimentary. Tee times can also be booked at nearby 18- hole courses close to One & Only Le Saint Géran.
Five floodlit tennis courts (synthetic grass). Use of courts complimentary. The Peter Burwash International Tennis Academy is open daily from 7am to 10pm, with coaching by an expert for a nominal fee.

KidsOnly is free for all children from 4 to 11 years and provides imaginative daily programs, age-appropriate activities, facilities and amenities, from 10am to 10pm. Golf, tennis, windsurfing and swimming clinics as well as environmental excursions with a focus on educational enrichment are available. Dinnertime is a special event for kids, with a selection of special menus, buffets and barbecues, to enjoy under the supervision of specially trained hostesses. Baby-sitters - available at extra charge - are required for children of 2 and 3 years, unless accompanied by a parent.
A teen’s club offers free membership to 12- to 17- year-olds giving them the opportunity to connect with new friends from around the world in a safe and fun environment. Sports, events, excursions, outings, discos and theme evenings specially designed for teenagers. The resort offers a designated meeting place for activity program planning with the help of the dynamic sports and entertainment team. Teens are also invited to dine together with members of the sports and entertainment team in the evening.
