Langi Langi Beach Bungalows Gallery
Named after the aromatic flower, LangiLangi Beach Bungalows is situated on the Fines island of Zanzibar. The resort is situated on the North end of Zanzibar, famous for deep sea fishing, fantastic swimming beach and dhow making.
The beaches around Langi Langi are quiet and clean and not overcrowded. They are ideal for bathing and catching the sun. However, at high tide one cannot walk along the beach to the regions other bars and restaurants and must take the road. Snorkeling is possible and diving trips can be arranged through the hotel, as can excursions to Stone Town.
Staff at Langi Langi is renowned for their friendly attitude. This is a family run hotel that welcomes guests in as though they were an extended part of that. Pride is taken in the resort and it is clean and cared for. There is always a manager onsite.
The hotel pool is not vast, but is pleasant and well-maintained. Sun-loungers are provided. There is also a deck for really avid sunbathers. Langi Langi also boasts a chill-out garden (Bustani) with trees and local flora. Here guests can unwind in the shade. For those who are still stressed, there is the resort’s massage deck.
The accommodation at Langi Langi has refreshingly simple design and decor, offering a slice of traditional Zanzibari aestheticism combined with ample Western comfort. Wicker furniture offsets large canopied beds. The rooms are spacious and light and most have large balconies. All hotel rooms have easy access to both beach (1-2 minutes’ walk) and pool.
Marhaba Restaurant
A seafood restaurant also serving local Zanzibari and international cuisine, very famous for our Traditional Zanzibari Dinner. The restaurant at Langi Langi is considered one of the best on the island offering some of the best Zanzibari food with variety of fresh from the ocean seafood. While having Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner you can also enjoy the stunning views of the Indian ocean and dhows sailing in the ocean.
Sele's Cooking Classes
This is totally unique, Langi Langi is the only hotel on the island that is offering cooking classes at our cafe, the hotel owner cum manager cum chef guides our guests in cooking some of the best Zanzibari cuisine and once you finish cooking our chef and all the guests who took part in the cooking class sit and dine together the food which they have cooked.
Marhaba Cafe
A coffee lounge serving Africa’s finest blends offering cappuccino, espresso, latte and such homemade decadent deserts and fresh fruit juices.
