Dolce Vita
Dolce Vita offers Trattoria style dining, with emphasis on homemade antipasti and pastas, pizzas and grill specialties. Colorful and casual, the restaurant is vibrant with tinted bright furniture. Fresh produce and a delicate selection of fusion dishes are available. A full All Inclusive beverage list is available.
Here, you can try delicious antipasti, freshly baked bread and homemade pasta in addition to grilled meats and pizzas from the wood-fired oven. Whitewashed wood paneling brings a light atmosphere to this pleasant restaurant.
La Plage
The best things about island and seaside life are incarnated in the beach restaurant at Ambre Resort, Mauritius. The relaxed La Plage restaurant welcomes you, with your feet in the sand. La Plage offers Mediterranean specialties and Mauritian cuisine alongside grilled seafood, sandwiches and snacks.

Coral Bar is the meeting-place at "Ambre - All Inclusive Resort", Mauritius. Shades of blue and white are brought to life by the varied hues of natural stone whilst wicker furniture and woven reed lamps juxtapose the contemporary design of the bar.
