The exclusive Junior Suites are only 30 meters from the ocean and are split level with a large seating area, magnificent verandah and even a private garden with outdoor shower. Finally, there are two beachfront Sultan Suites: the ultimate in opulence, privacy and luxury – a Sultan would expect nothing less!

Makuti
Makuti is the main dining facility at the Resort where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, depending on the meal plan. The Makuti Restaurant enjoys magnificent views over the swimming pool to the ocean beyond.
Blue Marlin Beach Restaurant
Situated right at the ocean’s edge, the Blue Marlin restaurant serves a la carte al fresco lunchtime grilled or stir-fried seafood buffets. Fresh fish, chilled wine and a cool ocean breeze – it doesn’t get better!
Blu Deli Terrace Café
For Bluebay Beach Resort guests, the coffee lounge & terrace is the perfect place to cool off after a hard morning sunbathing! Read, play board games, check your e-mail using the free Wi-Fi or just enjoy Zanzibar’s world-famous coffee and a delicious slice of cake. You are on holiday after all.

The Water Sports Centre at Bluebay Beach Resort and Spa caters to a variety of water sports and recreation activities except for Scuba diving - which is provided separately at the Dive Centre.

Instructors for water sports and recreation are available at the Centre. The Centre also provides sailing and fishing excursions for our guest.
The dive centre is located on the seafront close to the beach restaurant. This is the hub of many of our East Coast activities and a friendly, professional team, excellent gear and the full array of dive courses and activities can be organised here.

We understand the need for parents to have a fun-filled holiday with their kids, as well as a bit of adult time! For children aged between 3 and 13 years, we offer a professionally run children’s club with weekly themed programs and a range of indoor and outdoor activities. As well as arts, crafts and sports, the children also enjoy cultural experiences and even an introduction to the Swahili language. Most of our multi-lingual staff have worked as kindergarten teachers and have undergone first aid training. Nutritional kids’ meals are also offered at the Toto Club and we also provide ‘ayah’ or babysitter services at an additional charge.
