If you’re interested in the traditional African materials or the local Khanga Kitenge, there’s a tailor on site to help you design the material according to your preference. The restaurant on-site is also attached to the clubhouse.

We have 11 Ocean view Bungalows lining our hillside, each with breathtaking views of the turguoise see 9sqm in each bungalow, perfectly suited for 2 adults and an infant, each room comes with a double bed and 4 square meter bathrooms.

Activities

Swimming and Beach games
Footwear is provided for swimmers who wish to explore the reef during low tide, and Zanzibari sunbeds are stationed across the beach for those more interested in relaxing beneath the shade of the palms.

Our oval swimming pool is located on a terracotta terrace, overlooking the beach, with large, shaded hammocks and a shower facility to wash away the salt and sand. Beach-volley or football can be played on the endless white sand beach.

Beach Bar
A traditional, weathered dhow boat serves as our beach bar, where tropical cocktails, local Tanzanian beers, soft drinks, and complimentary tea and coffee are served. You are encouraged to sip sundowners along the lapping shore, with your feet buried in the sand.

Massage
Our quaint Makuti hut that hovers above the white sand, serves as a massage room for guests wishing to divulge in Zanzibari pampering and relaxation therapy. We use all-natural aromatherapy oils, locally made on the island, adding to this organic and tranquil experience.

Fun and Thrills
If you are interested in hitting the sand for some sporting activities, there is a volleyball net available, as well as the opportunity for a local football game. There is also an outdoor game room in which table tennis and foosball may be played, and where a TV is located to catch the latest sporting events.

Sightseeing

Spice Tour
A half day tour including transfer time to the central location. Discover, feel, smell, understand the multiple uses of exotic spices from which the Zanzibar archipelago derives its name and indeed the foundations of its golden age – The Spice Islands.

Dolphin Island
This half day tour takes place on the southern part of the Menai Bay conservation area – a home to the bottlenose and humpback dolphin. Includes the boat ride into the bay, and is therefore weather dependent. Snorkeling in the bay is also beautiful.

Prison Island
A 10 minute boat ride from Stone Town. Witness its dark history as a slave detention center, quarantine station, and then marvel at the 100 yr old giant tortoises, white, sandy beaches and great snorkeling. Fish and chips for lunch!

Zanzibar Arch Stonetown
UNESCO proclaimed World Heritage site. Steeped in history as a hub for trading ivory, slaves and spices. Wander the alleyways, marvel at the architecture and the world famous doors, feast on local tastes and aromas, buy treasures with good haggling skills. A half day or full day tour, finish off with cocktails at sunset, watching out for the elusive green sun flash.

Nungwi – village tour
A half or full day tour, Nungwi is situated on the northern tip of Zanzibar. See dhows being built, local furniture craftsmen, wander the village lanes, see the natural turtle museum, walk the lovely beaches and soak up some sun. And en route, see the Mangwapani caves, illegal hiding place of slaves.
